2 teaspoons of unflavored gelatin
1/4 cup of cold water
1 cup of boiling water
lime juice from 1 lime
a few drops of pepper sauce
salt and pepper to taste
1 tablespoon of finely chopped onion
2 1/2 cups of mashed avocado
1 cup of sour cream, either fresh or canned
1 cup of mayonnaise
2 teaspoons of unflavored gelatin
1/4 cup of cold water

1 cup of sour cream, either fresh or canned
1 cup of mayonnaise
Soak the gelatin in cold water
Dissolve it in boiling water
Add lime juice, pepper sauce, salt, and pepper to taste
Stir in chopped onion
Let it cool
Mix in mashed avocado, sour cream, and mayonnaise
Blend well
Pour into a ring mold and refrigerate until firm
Release from mold and serve on lettuce leaves
Refrigerate for at least 6 hours.
