In a pressure cooker, place the water, abalone, and bring to a boil
Reduce heat and let cook for 4 minutes
Turn off heat and let pressure release completely
Drain the abalone and blend in a blender until smooth
If needed, use some of the cooking water. Reserve
In a pan, heat the olive oil, sauté the onion and garlic
Add the ground meat, salt, black pepper, and cook over low heat for 10 minutes
Add the abalone cream and parsley
Cook the fritters according to the package instructions
Place the fritters in a dish and cover with warm abalone sauce
Decorate with fresh parsley leaves and serve immediately
