Beat the yolks until they thicken
Add the salt and milk, mixing well
Beat the whites into a fluffy consistency and carefully add to the yolk mixture
Heat the butter in a skillet approximately 23 cm in diameter, until it foams
Add the egg mixture
Cook over low heat until set
Place in a moderate oven for about 5 minutes or until the top is firm
Make a cut in the center, add bananas and some jelly, fold and place in a warmed dish
Sprinkle with sugar
Serve 2 to 3 times.
