Fry the chopped onion and green pepper in butter or margarine until softened, stirring constantly
Spread this mixture at the bottom of a glass baking dish
Gently break the eggs, being careful not to break the yolks, and arrange them in the baking dish one by one
Sprinkle with salt and a mixture of cake flour and grated cheese
Pour the beer over the top and sprinkle with paprika
Bake in a moderate oven (170°C) for about 10 to 15 minutes, or until the eggs are set
Serve 8 to 10 portions.
