2 pears sliced into thin pieces - 400 g
1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon - 24 g
2 tablespoons of sugar - 12 g
1 cup of milk - 240 ml
3 eggs - 65 g each
1/2 cup of wheat flour - 75 g
1 tablespoon of sugar - 6 g
1/2 teaspoon of vanilla
2 pears sliced into thin pieces - 400 g

Arrange the pear slices in a round refractory dish approximately 25 cm in diameter
Sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar
Combine the remaining ingredients in a blender and mix until smooth
Pour over the pears
Bake in a moderate oven (180°C) for about 30 minutes, or until risen and golden brown
Serve warm or at room temperature
