4 tiny buns
1 cup of milk
1 tablespoon of butter or margarine
1 medium onion, finely chopped
200g of ground beef
salt and black pepper to taste
1 tablespoon of all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon of dried parsley

Cut the tiny buns in half lengthwise
Remove a little meat from each one
Soak the inside of the buns with a bit of milk
Melt the butter
Add the onion and fry for a few minutes
Add the ground beef and cook, stirring until it's cooked through
Dissolve the flour in the remaining milk and add to the ground beef
Season to taste and add parsley
Fill the halves of the buns with the mixture
Bake at 200°F (90°C) for 15 minutes
Serves 8 people.
