Cut the beef into small cubes and the onion into fine slices
Heat the oil, add the onion, and let it fry slowly until golden brown (it takes about 40 minutes due to the quantity)
Add the beef and spices
Let it fry until the beef is cooked through

When the beef is tender, check the seasoning
