Mix all the dough ingredients together
Add water gradually, until the mixture comes away from your hands
Roll out the dough and divide it into four portions
Heat a non-stick skillet over low heat and place one pizza portion in it
When the crust starts to brown, remove it from the heat and top it with two slices of mozzarella cheese, two slices of ham, two tomato slice wedges, and some tomato sauce
Sprinkle oregano and drizzle with olive oil
Put the skillet back over low heat, covered, until the cheese melts
The pizza is now ready!
