8 pork chops
1/4 cup (chopped) of olive oil
16 fresh thyme sprigs
8 thin lemon slices
Salt and black pepper to taste

Rinse the pork chops under cold running water, pat them dry with paper towels
Season with salt and black pepper
Brush 8 large sheets of aluminum foil with olive oil
Arrange each sheet with one pork chop, two thyme sprigs, and one lemon slice
Drizzle with remaining olive oil and seal the packets of aluminum foil
Arrange the packets in a baking dish and bake in a medium preheated oven for approximately 30 minutes
Serve immediately with additional lemon slices and lentil croquettes.
