Mix the shredded coconut with the jelly and English mustard sauce until it forms a paste
Spread this paste over the ham, leaving only the fat behind
Form a thick layer of the paste
Make surface cuts to form squares or lozenges
Place the ham in the oven
If it starts to burn at the bottom, add orange juice and also baste with it while baking.
