1 Preheat the oven to 350°F
Cut the pineapple and remove the seeds
Arrange the pineapple slices in a buttered and sugared dish and reserve
2 In one half, sift together flour and salt, then add milk and heavy cream
Beat until smooth
Add eggs, egg yolks, and sugar and beat again
3 Pour the mixture over the pineapple and drizzle with liqueur
Bake for about 30 minutes or until the edges start to pull away from the dish
Remove from the oven and dust with confectioner's sugar.
