Massa: 8 green corn ears, starting to ripen (6 cups of green corn hulls)
1 cup (ch) of milk
6 eggs
2 cups (ch) of sugar
1/4 cup (ch) of melted butter.

1 cup (ch) of water

Preheat the oven to 400°F
In a blender, blend the green corn with milk until it's smooth
Add the eggs, sugar, and melted butter
Blend well
Pour into a mold and bake in a bain-marie for 40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean
Remove from oven and let cool
Chill in the refrigerator for two hours
Calda: Combine 2 cups of sugar and water in a saucepan
Cook over medium heat, stirring until the sugar dissolves
Stop stirring and let it simmer until it turns into caramel
Remove from heat and transfer to a bowl to prevent it from darkening too much
Unmold the pudding and serve with caramel.
