Melt the butter, add the grated carrot and cook for 5 minutes
Add the shrimp and cook for 4 minutes or until pink
Season with salt and white pepper
Remove from heat and add chopped onion. Reserve
Dough
Bring a large pot of water to a boil with 4 liters of water and 1 tablespoon of salt
Place the flour on a clean surface, add the eggs and salt, and mix well
Roll out the dough very thinly and cut into sixteen squares each 13 centimeters
Cook eight pieces at a time in boiling water for 2 minutes or until al dente
Remove with a slotted spoon and drain
Place one piece of dough on each plate, top with two tablespoons of filling, cover with another piece of dough, and finally add more filling
Serve immediately.
