1 tablespoon of English mustard
1/2 teaspoon of salt

Fry the chicken livers in butter or margarine, stirring frequently for 5 minutes or until they lose their color
Remove the livers and chop them
Add the breadcrumbs to a medium-sized bowl
Fry the onion for a few minutes in the same frying pan used for the livers
Add the water, English mustard, and salt to the onions
Mix well and pour over the mixture of breadcrumbs
Stir lightly
The mixture should have a granulated consistency, not too soft
Serve with a medium-sized chicken.
