Cut the beef leaf into rectangles to make cones and reserve
Fry the garlic and onion in butter until golden brown
Add the shiitake mushrooms, mozzarella cheese, and dried tomato
Season with salt, black pepper, and seasoning
Remove from heat and let cool

Use the beef leaf to make cones and fill them
Place them on a baking sheet and bake in a preheated oven at medium temperature for 15 minutes or until the beef is crispy
