Arrange the washed and dried honeydew melon slices on a platter
Cut 2 mangos into sticks and set aside
Cut the remaining mangos into pieces and blend in a blender
Add the olive oil and other ingredients
Blend until you get a cream-like consistency
When serving, mix the honeydew melon leaves with the mango sticks and serve with the sauce on the side.
