2 tablets of beef broth

2 tablespoons of vinegar
2 cups of cooked carrot, cut into small cubes

2 hard-boiled eggs, cut into slices
1 cup of canned palm heart, cut into small cubes

Dissolve the gelatin and beef broth tablets in hot water
Let it cool and refrigerate to thicken slightly
Add the remaining ingredients, except for the egg
In individual serving cups, place egg slices at the bottom and cover with the vegetable and gelatin mixture
Refrigerate until ready to serve, then invert onto a bed of chopped lettuce.
