4 cups of cooked macaroni or 1 package (use conch, penne, lasagna, etc.)
2 cups of chopped fresh parsley
1/2 cup of diced cucumber
1/2 cup of pickled vegetables
1/2 cup of cubed cheddar cheese
1 green pepper diced
1 red pepper diced
mayonnaise to moisten
4 cups of cooked macaroni or 1 package (use conch, penne, lasagna, etc.)

Combine the cooked macaroni, cooled, with the remaining ingredients
Place in a serving dish and refrigerate for several hours before serving
