4 cups finely chopped cabbage
1 tablespoon light mayonnaise
1/2 cup white vinegar
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon mustard powder
2 tablespoons low-fat sour cream

Combine the mayonnaise, vinegar, black pepper, salt, and mustard in a pan
Bring to a simmer over medium heat for 1 minute or until the mayonnaise is dissolved
Remove from heat and pour over the cabbage
Add the sour cream and mix well
Refrigerate for at least 2 hours
If desired, add 1/2 cup of raisins and 1 grated carrot.
