1 tablespoon of light mayonnaise

4 cups of finely chopped cabbage

2 tablespoons of light cream
Put the mayonnaise, vinegar, black pepper, salt, and mustard in a saucepan
Bring to a boil and let simmer for one minute or until the mayonnaise is dissolved
Remove from heat and dress the cabbage
Add the cream and mix well
Refrigerate for two hours
If desired, add 1/2 cup of dried cranberries and a grated carrot.
