1 cucumber

2 cups (chopped) of green beans
1 head of lettuce
Vinaigrette
1/2 cup (chopped) of olive oil
1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar
Fresh herbs, chopped to taste (oregano, thyme, chives)
Salt and black pepper to taste

Peel the cucumber, sweet potatoes, and carrots
Cut them into cubes
Set aside
Cut the carrots into diagonal slices
Cook the cucumber, sweet potatoes, carrots, and green beans separately in salted water until they are tender but still firm
Drain and place in a bowl
Season with salt and black pepper
Set aside
Molten
Add olive oil to vinegar while continuously whisking
Add fresh herbs and a pinch of salt
Whisk well
Set aside
Assembly
Line a salad bowl with lettuce leaves
Distribute the vegetables and drizzle with the vinaigrette
Serve immediately.
