1/4 cup of crushed potato chips or corn nuts (20 g) processed in a liquidizer
1 tablespoon of grated Parmesan cheese

Cut each bread slice into 5 strips
Mix the butter with oregano
Dip one side of the strips in this butter
Mix the mashed potatoes (or corn nuts) with the cheese and dip the bread strip with butter in this mixture
Place it on a baking sheet with the cheese and chips on top
Bake in a preheated hot oven (200°C) for about 6 to 8 minutes until it's very warm
Yield 20 units.
