Preheat the oven to hot temperature (220°C)
Unroll the pastry into a rectangle of 28 x 20 cm
Let it bake for about 35 minutes
Remove from the oven and cut in half lengthwise
Cover the bottom with ham and cream cheese mixed with mustard
Cover with the other part of the pastry, cut into pieces, and serve
