10 slices of black ham
5 slices of white bread without crust
Spinach filling
2 cups (chopped) of spinach leaves
1 and 1/2 cups (chopped) of ricotta cheese passed through a sieve
Salt and pepper to taste
Tomato filling
1 small can of tomato sauce
1 small package of grated cheddar cheese (50g)
10 slices of black ham
5 slices of white bread without crust
Spinach filling
2 cups (chopped) of spinach leaves
1 and 1/2 cups (chopped) of ricotta cheese passed through a sieve
Salt and pepper to taste
Tomato filling
1 small can of tomato sauce
1 small package of grated cheddar cheese (50g)
Arrange the ham slices in a baking dish and bake at medium heat for 5 minutes
While that's happening, prepare the spinach filling
Blend all the ingredients in a blender until they form a homogeneous paste
For the tomato filling, mix the ingredients well
Assemble the sandwiches
Place a layer of spinach filling on a slice of black ham
Top with a slice of white bread without crust
Add a layer of tomato filling on top of the white bread
Finish with another slice of black ham
Cut into a diagonal shape and set aside
Repeat the process until all the ingredients are used up
Arrange the sandwiches on a platter and serve immediately.
