8 slices of centeio bread
4 tablespoons of butter or margarine
4 tablespoons of mustard
8 slices of cheddar or plate cheese (100g)
12 slices of smoked pork loin (100g)
2 cups of pickled and chopped cabbage
2 tablespoons of mayonnaise

Spread butter on one side of the bread slices
Place the slices with the buttered side down on a work surface
Spread mustard over the bread slices
On 4 slices, place: 1 slice of cheese, 3 slices of smoked pork loin, slightly overlapped, and some pickled cabbage mixed with mayonnaise
Cover with another slice of cheese and finally the bread slice with the buttered side up
Heat a skillet well and fry the sandwiches for 2 minutes on each side, pressing them firmly with a spatula
Serve in 4 portions.
