6 slices of black bread or white form bread
1/4 cup pickled cucumber or zucchini slices

Mix all the ingredients except for the pickle slice
Spread over 3 slices of bread
Cover with pickled cucumber or zucchini slices
Close with the remaining bread slices
Cut in half twice to obtain 4 small squares of sandwiches
Serve 24 hors d'oeuvres.
