4 cups of spinach chopped into 3.5 cm pieces

1 and 1/2 teaspoons of minced garlic

Bring a large pot with water and salt to a boil, covered
When the water starts to simmer, reduce the heat to medium and add the spinach
Cook for 5 minutes
Drain and reserve
In another pan, combine olive oil and garlic, bring to medium heat and stir occasionally until the garlic is golden brown
Add the reserved spinach and black pepper
Taste and adjust salt if needed
Remove from heat, add cilantro, mix well again and serve.
