Mix together salt, black pepper, garlic, mustard, and paprika
Add the olive oil and mix well
Add the vinegar and onion and beat until slightly thickened
Add the crumbled gorgonzola cheese and blend in a blender until well combined
If desired, add a small ice cube about 30 seconds before serving to thicken further
This will also help with seasoning
Check the salt before mixing with vegetables
Yield: 1 1/2 cups.
