Grate the carrots and cut them into fine strips
Place a piece of butter or margarine on a piece of aluminum foil
Cover with carrot strips
Sprinkle with salt, black pepper, and parsley
Lift the edges of the foil and drizzle with milk
Fold the foil tightly and place in a baking dish
Bake at 170°C (335°F) for about 30 minutes
