2 cups of all-purpose flour

1/4 cup of butter, melted
60 ml of water

500 g of minced onions
2 packages of cream cheese (300 g)
100 g of bacon, diced
Oregano to taste

In a bowl, dissolve the yeast in sugar
Add flour, egg, butter, and water, stirring until smooth
Knead the dough until it comes together
Cover with plastic wrap and let rest at room temperature until doubled in size
Roll out the pastry, place in a rectangular baking dish (24 cm diameter)
Let rest
Filling
In a pan, heat the olive oil and melt the butter
Add onions, salt, and pepper, stirring until caramelized
Let cool
Spread cream cheese over the pastry, add minced onions and diced bacon
Sprinkle with oregano
Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for 40 minutes or until golden brown.
