1/2 kg of ground beef, bell peppers or ham diced
2 tablespoons of olive oil
1 packet of onion soup (the one)
1/3 cup of pickled cucumber, diced
2 tablespoons of ketchup
2 packets of flaky pastry ready to use, thawed (800g)

Fry the ground beef, bell peppers or ham quickly in olive oil
Add onion soup, pickled cucumber and ketchup. Reserve
Unfold each flaky pastry sheet to obtain a 30cm square
Cut each one into 4 squares of 15cm
Place 4 tablespoons of filling in the center of each square
Moisten the edges, fold the squares with the help of a fork, forming triangles
Make a cut on top of each triangle to let steam escape
Place in a moistened baking dish with water and bake in a hot oven (220°C) preheated for 25 minutes
Can be served cold or reheated in the oven
Makes 8 fruitcakes.
