In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, yeast, and salt
Makes a depression in the center and add the oil, milk, and eggs
Mix with a spoon until a dough forms
Grease your hands with oil and shape the dough into a ring shape in a 27cm diameter low-sided mold, greased with oil
Fold the garlic slices into the dough
Place the ring in the microwave on high for 2 minutes
Remove from the oven and arrange the tomato wedges on top
Dust with oregano
Return to the oven for another 2 minutes at the same power level
Remove from the oven, dust with Parmesan cheese, and drizzle with a little olive oil
Return to the oven again for another 2 minutes at high power level
Remove from the oven and serve hot or warm (do not let it cool down)
