2 slices of rustic bread
5 slices of cured ham
50g of sheep's cheese

Toast the bread slices in a pan with a little olive oil until golden brown
Assemble the sandwich by placing the cured ham on top of the toasted bread, followed by the melted sheep's cheese
Bake in a preheated oven for about 5 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
